Job summary

Clark Water seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and project schedule adherence on water and wastewater projects. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, manage crews, and build strong stakeholder relationships on-site.

The successful candidate has an engineering/construction background, 7+ years on large-scale projects, and proven leadership in scheduling, cost control, and contract administration, with OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading field operations and coordinating with owners, subs, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work.
• Implement a culture of safety and quality among Clark employees and trade contractors and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Ensure a high quality of work consistent with project and company standards.
• Takes initiative and personal responsibility to deliver a project on schedule and on budget.
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule with stakeholders.
