Job summary

MWH Constructors seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead municipal and industrial water/wastewater construction projects from Austin, TX. You will drive delivery using CM-at-Risk or Design-Build or traditional methods, leading engineers, field staff and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.

The role requires an engineering/CM degree with 8–15 years of heavy civil or industrial experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Plan, staff and lead field teams on water/wastewater construction projects.
• Strong communication with clients, A/E and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical water/wastewater and advanced treatment plant projects.
• Coordinate with operations and other department heads.
• Monitor project progress, budget and schedule to meet goals.
