MWH Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager based in Austin, TX to lead safety programs for critical water and wastewater projects. You will guide operations, enforce compliance, and promote a culture of safety across municipal and industrial clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy civil construction safety.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Preferred: Degree in Safety Management and BCSP (CHST/CSP).
• Experience with Procore software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Operations to establish and maintain safety programs compliant with laws and best practices.
• Administer and manage project safety compliance to meet goals.
• Develop safe work areas and train personnel.
• Conduct risk reviews and implement controls.
