Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Austin, Texas, to support preconstruction and construction on critical water, wastewater, and advanced water treatment facilities for municipal and industrial clients.

You will provide technical support to project management, assist with procurement and submittals, and help manage drawings, change orders, and project records. Strong communication and collaboration are essential to drive safe, on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to project management and supervision to ensure work is performed efficiently, on schedule, and per policies and standards.
• Assist with subcontractor procurement, package development, layout, material procurement, and submittal reviews.
• Prepare drawings, sketches, work method statements, change orders, and estimates as needed.
• Review contractor pay applications, project schedule, and RFI process; produce progress reports.
• Maintain project controls and documentation, ensuring accuracy of records and correspondence.
