Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater projects from planning through delivery. The role supports the East Business Unit and offers remote, hybrid, or local office options with travel as needed.

You will drive program governance, risk and stakeholder management, and ensure benefits realization across the program lifecycle. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in project management or program management.
• Water and wastewater program experience preferred.
• Familiarity with design-build and CMAR project delivery methods (PDB, CMAR, DBB).

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Utilize program management services to offer optimal solutions to clients.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management.
• Plan, initiate, deliver, and closeout program phases.
• Monitor performance and benefits realization; adjust as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Support sales activities and negotiations.
• Travel within the territory to customer sites and offices as required.
