Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to guide complex water and wastewater programs across the East Business Unit. Remote work is possible with willingness to travel to sites and client locations as needed.

You will lead program delivery, governance, risk management, and benefits realization, coordinating planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout while supporting mentorship and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field
• Program management certification or willing to obtain within 12 months
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication with stakeholders
• Experience in program management and delivery
• Knowledge of risk, quality and change management
• Experience with water/wastewater projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Support planning, delivery, and governance across the program lifecycle.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate resources, timelines and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Drive performance monitoring, benefits realization, and continuous improvement.
