Job summary

Brown and Caldwell seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive planning and delivery of large water and wastewater programs. This role supports the East Business Unit and allows remote work with travel as needed to client sites and local offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management, or related field.
• Program management certification or plan to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project or program management.
• Water and wastewater program experience preferred.
• Familiarity with delivery methods: PDB, CMAR, and DBB.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Offer optimal solutions using our program management services.
• Leverage planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout across the lifecycle.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management.
• Plan, coordinate resources, manage timelines, ensure quality and outcomes.
• Support performance and benefits realization, monitor progress; adjust as needed.
• Implement sales techniques for negotiation and transactions.
• Flexibility to adapt and handle additional assignments.
