Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver large, complex water and wastewater projects. You will drive planning, execution, and benefits realization across programs for the East Business Unit, with remote or hybrid options and travel as needed.

You will coordinate across cross-functional teams, manage governance, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement, and mentor junior staff while ensuring project objectives and client value are achieved.

Qualifications

• Typically, a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in project management or program management.
• Experience delivering moderately to highly complex projects under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Leverage program management lifecycle phases: planning, initiation, delivery, closeout.
• Oversee program governance and stakeholder management.
• Plan, coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure quality and outcomes.
• Support performance and benefits realization and adjust to maximize outcomes.
• Apply sales techniques for successful negotiations.
