Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater projects across the East Business Unit. The role supports program management and delivery activities, governance, risk, and benefits realization, with remote or hybrid work options and travel as needed.

Candidates should have 10+ years of program management experience, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in project or program management.
• Experience delivering moderately to complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP or similar certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Offer optimal solutions using our program management services.
• Coordinate planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout across lifecycle phases.
• Manage governance and stakeholder management within programs.
• Plan, coordinate resources, manage timelines, ensure deliverables meet quality and outcomes.
• Support performance and benefits realization, monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Apply sales techniques for negotiation and transaction.
• Adapt to evolving needs with additional assignments.
