Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to guide complex water and wastewater projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage programs across planning to closeout, and ensure benefits realization while maintaining quality and schedule.

Remote or hybrid work is possible with travel as needed across the East US. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program management, strong governance and risk skills, and a relevant engineering or management background.

Qualifications

• Typically, a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in project management or program management.
• Experience in delivering moderately to highly complex projects under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Leverage program management lifecycle phases: planning, initiation, delivery, closeout.
• Manage governance and stakeholder engagement within the programs organization.
• Plan, coordinate resources, timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
