Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive the planning and delivery of complex water and wastewater programs in the East US.

Remote work is allowed with travel to client sites as needed, and the role includes governance, risk, and stakeholder management. You will lead program teams through planning, initiation, delivery and closeout, focusing on benefits realization and performance reporting across lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field is required.
• Program management certification or required to obtain in 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Apply program management services to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Oversee planning, initiation, delivery and closeout across the lifecycle.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management.
• Plan, coordinate resources, manage timelines and ensure quality outcomes.
• Support performance and benefit realization plans and adjust as needed.
• Travel within territory to client sites and Brown and Caldwell offices.
