Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater initiatives across the East Business Unit. Remote work is possible with travel to client sites as needed. You will steer planning, delivery, governance, and benefits realization across multi-project programs.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project/program management, strong cross-functional leadership, and expertise in program controls and reporting. Travel within the Eastern US is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in project or program management.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field.
• Program management certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Willingness to travel across the Eastern US and work remotely or hybrid as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Utilize program management services to offer optimal client solutions.
• Oversee planning, initiation, delivery and closeout across lifecycle phases.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management.
