Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver complex water and wastewater programs. This role supports the East Business Unit and offers remote work with travel to client sites and local offices as needed.

The role requires extensive program management experience, with focus on governance, risk, stakeholder management, and benefits realization. Travel within the Eastern US may be required to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in project or program management.
• Experience delivering moderately complex to complex projects under supervision.
• Willingness to travel within designated territory; ability to visit client sites and local offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Offer optimal solutions using our program management services across lifecycle phases.
• Coordinate planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout for programs.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management activities.
• Plan, coordinate resources, schedules, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Support performance, benefits realization, and adapt plans to maximize outcomes.
