Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on major infrastructure projects. You will oversee self-performed and subcontracted work, ensure adherence to contract documents, and drive safety and quality on site.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and a proactive approach to resolving challenges, with an emphasis on delivering projects on schedule and budget across active sites in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on large-scale infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience building Water Treatment Plants or Wastewater Treatment Plants.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• OSHA/compliance knowledge and practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work on projects or scopes.
• Implement safety and quality culture and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Create, manage, and communicate project schedules and milestones.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
• Manage project costs and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage vendor agreements.
• Participate in close-out activities and training.
