Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to guide the development of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions for North American customers. You will own the overall process strategy, coordinate engineers, and ensure design basis, safety factors, and schedules meet customer requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline; advanced degrees considered.
• “Process engineering experience” with water/wastewater/waste treatment focus.
• Leadership capability to connect people toward a shared vision and objectives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions.
• Own the overall Process Flow Diagram and mass balance with engineers.
• Set project process strategy, design basis, safety factors, and variations handling.
• Coordinate Process Engineers, define deliverables, schedules, and quality expectations.
• Evaluate interactions of unit processes and impacts on upstream/downstream stages.
• Identify and manage technical risks with the project team.
• Serve as lead technical contact for customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive implementation of solutions.
• Understand regulatory requirements and liaise with agencies as needed.
• Take accountability for project success from development to operation.
