Veolia Group is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader in North America to guide water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions from concept to operation. You will own PFDs, coordinate engineers, and ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective designs that meet client needs.

You will lead with strong technical judgment, risk management, and client liaison, traveling as required and mentoring others while representing Veolia in external forums.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline; advanced degrees considered.
• Related experience in process engineering focusing on water, wastewater, or waste treatment.
• Leadership capability: connect people, align and motivate, train/mentor, decide with limited info.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Customer-focused approach balancing technical and commercial considerations.

Mansioni

• Lead development of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions from design to operation.
• Own the overall PFD, flow tables or mass balance, and process guarantees with the engineers.
• Set process strategy and design basis, including safety factors and varying flows.
• Coordinate Process Engineers, define deliverables, schedules, and ensure quality.
• Evaluate interactions of unit processes and manage technical risks across the solution.
• Lead customer interactions and represent Veolia’s technical expertise externally.
