Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to drive complete water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions from design through commissioning. You will guide a team of Process Engineers, balance technical risk with commercial viability, and liaise with customers and regulators as needed.

You will lead technical investigations, troubleshoot issues, and represent Veolia’s expertise in external markets, while training team members and ensuring customer satisfaction on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering discipline; advanced degrees considered with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Customer-focused approach balancing technical and commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions including process flow sheets and unit operations.
• Own the overall Process Flow Diagram, flow tables or mass balance, and process guarantees.
• Define design basis and strategy to meet customer requirements and project constraints.
• Coordinate Process Engineers to deliver quality, schedule-aligned deliverables.
• Identify and manage technical risks across the treatment solution with the project team.
• Serve as lead technical contact for customers and internal functions.
