Job summary
Veolia seeks a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to drive complete water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions across North America. You will lead a team of Process Engineers, shape process strategies, and ensure the delivery of integrated, compliant solutions for complex projects.
You will balance technical risk with commercial viability, supervise technical issues, and coordinate with customers and regulators to ensure successful project outcomes and knowledge transfer across
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline. Advanced degrees will be considered.
- Related experience in design/operation of water, wastewater, or waste treatment systems.
- Leadership capability: connect people, align a team, train and mentor, make decisions under uncertainty.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of complete water/wastewater/waste treatment solutions with PFDs and mass balances.
- Own the overall Process Flow Diagram, flow tables, and process guarantees with responsible engineers.
- Set design basis and strategy to meet customer requirements and competition.
