Veolia Group is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to guide multi-disciplinary teams in delivering integrated water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions. You will lead technical strategy, manage risks, and ensure customer requirements are met from design through operation.

You will collaborate with process engineers, balance technical and commercial considerations, and present Veolia’s expertise through industry outreach and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline.
• Related experience, preferably in process engineering, with emphasis on water, wastewater, or waste treatment systems.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to connect people, align and motivate a team, train and mentor others, and make sound decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions, including PFDs and process parameters.
• Own the overall PFD, flow tables or mass balance, and process guarantees with responsible engineers.
• Set the process strategy, design basis, and factors to meet customer requirements and competitive viabilities.
• Coordinate Process Engineers, define deliverables, schedules, and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Evaluate interactions of unit processes and identify technical risks across the solution.
• Serve as the lead technical contact for customers and internal functions.
• Troubleshoot issues using data and observations and drive corrective actions.
• Understand regulations and liaise with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Ensure success of projects through development, operation, and customer satisfaction.
