Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to guide complex water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions across North America. You will lead the team, own PFDs, and coordinate process engineers to deliver integrated, compliant designs that meet customer needs and schedule targets.

The role requires deep technical knowledge, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to liaise with customers, regulatory bodies, and industry experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline. Advanced degrees will be considered.
• Related experience in process engineering with emphasis on water, wastewater, or waste treatment systems.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capability: connect people, align and motivate, coach and mentor, make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions, including PFDs, flow sheets, and process parameters.
• Own the overall Process Flow Diagram (PFD), flow tables, mass balance, and process guarantees.
• Set project process strategy, design basis, safety factors, and approach to meet customer requirements and competition.
