Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader in the United States to drive mission-critical water, wastewater, and waste treatment projects from concept through commissioning. As a technical leader, you will manage multi-disciplinary teams, own process design deliverables, and ensure customer satisfaction through robust, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with relevant process experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on water and wastewater projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions.
• Own the overall Process Flow Diagram (PFD), flow tables or mass balance, and process guarantees with the Process Engineers.
• Set the process strategy for the project, including design basis and safety factors, to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate Process Engineers, define deliverables and schedules, and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Evaluate interactions of unit processes and manage technical risks across the solution.
• Represent Veolia as a lead technical contact for customers and internal teams, and liaise with regulatory agencies.
