Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to guide complex water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions from design through commissioning. You will own process guarantees and lead a team of engineers to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient systems.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, regulatory understanding, and strong client interaction across North America, with travel as needed. Excellent communication and coaching are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related technical field.
• Experience leading process engineering teams and projects in water/wastewater or related domains.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions and PFDs.
• Own process strategy, design basis, and treatment of flow variations.
• Coordinate engineers, define deliverables, and manage schedules and quality.
