Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a motivated supervisor to monitor restoration projects, oversee technicians on-site, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will review and prepare documentation, explain procedures to customers, and coordinate with adjusters as needed.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple active jobs while meeting deadlines. A valid driver’s license and mobility are essential for on-site work at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of disaster restoration or construction industry.
• Proficient with mobile data entry.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and inspects restoration tasks to ensure completion of drying, demolition and other activities.
• Supervises technicians, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.
• Completes sketches and scope sheets for estimates, and reviews documentation for insurance purposes.
• Interacts with customers, adjusters, and company staff to explain processes and next steps.
• Ensures timely data entry using mobile software and maintains project records.
