Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Project Supervisor to take direction from the Project Manager and ensure that jobs are scheduled and completed on time. The role involves frequent written and verbal communication within the branch, maintaining warehouse and vehicle upkeep, and reporting to a Branch or Department Manager.

The position requires proven crew leadership in restoration/mitigation, strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading crews (8+ people) in restoration/mitigation projects.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with colleagues, customers and other departments.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in supervising a group of about 20 employees.
• Familiar with MS Office suite and related apps (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Industry certifications such as NIDR and IICRC are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports and/or assists in managing the production phase of a job for the Project Manager.
• Conducts job site visits and quality checks of crews’ work.
• Reviews job schedules with the Project Manager to identify staffing, equipment, logistics, and timelines.
• May order and maintain supplies and materials for the branch/department.
• Coordinates crews according to schedules and oversees completion of work.
• Collaborates with Project Coordinators in dispatching crews during peak times.
• Confirm hours and document work orders accurately.
• Provide direction and support to crews and report progress to managers.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to Project Coordinators and Managers.
• Perform mitigation work at job sites as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping of the warehouse and vehicles.
• Train staff on production processes and safety guidelines.
• Promote company values and ensure adherence to policies.
