Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking an experienced Fields Operations Supervisor to lead hands-on restoration projects and mentor staff. You will ensure quality, safety, and timely execution while communicating with clients and coordinating resources on active job sites.

This in-field role requires travel to jobsites, adherence to industry standards, and the ability to train teams on best practices. A valid driver’s license is required and IICRC/OSHA certifications are preferred.

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, decontamination, and repair according to industry best practices and project specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires and existing staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Regularly inspect work sites and processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate directly with clients to explain the restoration process, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and used safely.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensures job sites excel OSHA safety standards.
• Actively participates in the on‑call schedule.
• Produce required paperwork to accurately estimate including daily sign in sheets, photos, job notes, and moisture readings.
• Other duties as assigned or apparent.
