Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore seeks a Lead Technician to oversee remediation projects, coordinate crews, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on-site. You will guide technicians, document moisture readings, and report findings for insurance purposes.

The role requires WRT certification with ASD preferred, valid driver's license, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel between sites is expected as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• WRT certification required.
• ASD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, confirm travel route and load equipment and supplies.
• Lead and supervise remediation projects (water, mold, biohazard/trauma, fire).
• Communicate clearly with customers about process and progress.
• Oversee daily activities, monitor moisture mapping and documentation for insurance compliance.
• Inspect completed work and obtain customer sign-off.
