ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Fields Operations Supervisor to lead restoration teams on disaster response projects, ensuring safety, quality, and client communication.

This in-field, travel-heavy role trains staff, oversees tasks like water extraction and drying, and coordinates resources to deliver projects on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industry experience, strong leadership, and a valid driver's license, with opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, decontamination, and repair according to industry best practices and project specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires and existing staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Regularly inspect work sites and processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate directly with clients to explain the restoration process, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and used safely.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensures job sites excel OSHA safety standards.
• Actively participates in the on-call schedule.
• Produce required paperwork to accurately estimate including daily sign in sheets, photos, job notes, and moisture readings.
• Other duties as assigned or apparent.
