ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Fields Operations Supervisor to lead hands-on restoration efforts after disasters, training staff and ensuring quality and safety standards on active job sites. Frequent travel to sites is expected as part of delivering customer-focused recovery services.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to OSHA standards, and clear communication with clients to explain progress and issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in industry standards and protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Wamiliarity with restoration industry tools and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, decontamination, and repair.
• Provide ongoing guidance to new hires and existing staff.
• Regularly inspect work sites for safety and quality compliance.
• Explain restoration processes to clients and provide project updates.
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment safely.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards on job sites.
• Participate in on-call schedule.
• Produce paperwork for estimates (sign-in sheets, photos, notes, moisture readings).
• Other duties as assigned.
