Job summary

Consor is seeking a Senior Water Resources Leader in the Austin, TX area to guide complex water resources and transportation infrastructure projects from planning through construction support. You will lead drainage design, H&H analyses, floodplain studies, and PS&E packages while ensuring regulatory and client alignment.

You will mentor staff, manage project performance and budgets, expand client relationships, and drive growth within Consor's water resources practice.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 15+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams on large projects.
• Established client relationships and experience with DOT/municipal work.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project scopes, schedules, and fee estimates.
• Provide oversight and technical direction for complex water resources projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver drainage reports and PS&E packages.
• Build and maintain client relationships and communicate across the project lifecycle.
• Drive business development, proposals, and client interviews to win work.
