Job summary

Consor is seeking a Senior Water Resources Leader to guide complex water resources and transportation infrastructure projects from planning through construction support. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure technical excellence while expanding client relationships.

This role reports to the Technical Practice Manager and emphasizes risk management, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality drainage solutions for roadway, municipal, and water resources projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years in transportation engineering; 5+ years in project management.
• Experience managing scopes, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Established client relationships or history of winning work with DOT or municipal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project scopes, schedules, and fee estimates.
• Provide oversight and technical direction for complex water resources projects, including drainage design and H&H analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver drainage reports and PS&E packages on time and budget.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout project lifecycle.
• Drive business development, including proposals, pursuits, and client presentations.
