Job summary

Consor is seeking a Drainage Engineering Designer to lead drainage design, analyses, and documentation for transportation projects in Texas. You will develop plans, perform advanced calculations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver constructible solutions that meet client needs and regulatory standards.

You will mentor junior staff and support project delivery, reviews, and client communications while advancing drainage and stormwater management strategies within a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
• 2+ years of Texas transportation drainage design experience.
• EIT certification.
• Experience with MicroStation & OpenRoads Designer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the drainage design plans for transportation infrastructure projects.
• Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses and develop design calculations.
• Coordinate drainage design with other disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior designers and EITs.
• Support project management activities and client deliverables.
• Attend design reviews and RFIs to ensure design intent.
