Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration seeks an Advanced Water Damage Specialist (Level 4) to lead drying operations across residential and commercial sites. You will supervise multiple crews, interpret plans, and determine drying strategies using heat and desiccant systems.

Expect travel, night hours, and weekend work as needed. The role requires IICRC ASD and S500/S520 credentials, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate with field teams to meet tight deadlines while safeguarding client

Qualifications

Knowledge of IICRC water damage standards and mold remediation guidance.
Ability to supervise multiple crews on large loss projects.
Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Direct teams and ensure proper PPE usage for each job.
Review daily requirements, document progress and report challenges.
Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches for projects.
Develop humidity content records and determine drying objectives.
Calculate humidity load and building volume; request additional support as needed.
Assess electrical consumption and temporary power needs for drying equipment.
Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintain equipment.
Travel and be available at night and on weekends.
