Job summary

BELFOR offers a role as a Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced. You will direct teams handling drying, dehumidification, and documentation for residential and commercial losses, using meters, plans, and HVAC integration to optimize outcomes.

The position requires IICRC credentials, safety discipline, and the ability to travel, work nights, and meet tight deadlines. You will record data, support large loss projects, and uphold BELFOR standards across field operations.

Qualifications

• IICRC ASD designation is required.
• Familiarity with S500 and S520 standards is expected.
• Ability to read plans and moisture data for drying.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams on PPE selection and job safety.
• Review project requirements and document progress.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches.
• Draw sketches, read floor plans, and determine drying objectives.
• Calculate humidity load and request support for large losses.
• Assess electrical needs and temporary power requirements.
• Perform daily safety inspections and maintain equipment.
