Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced to lead drying and repair on residential, large commercial, and institutional buildings. You will supervise teams, document progress, and ensure safety and BELFOR standards on every project.

Role requires knowledge of IICRC S500/S520, ASD certification, and proficiency with meters, infrared cameras, and humidity calculations. Travel nights and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
• Working knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• Carry current IICRC ASD designation.
• Demonstrate mastery in meters and infrared camera use.

Responsibilities

• Direct the teams in the use of the right PPE for the job.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress for managers.
• Provide field documents, photos, charts and sketches for TPA projects.
• Read plans, draw humidity records, and determine drying objectives.
• Calculate humidity load and cubic meters; request extra support for large losses.
• Determine electrical consumption and temporary power needs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and keep equipment in good condition.
• Adhere to BELFOR standards to safeguard client property.
• Travel and work nights/weekends as required.
