Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Manufacturing and Environmental Services Executive to identify leads and prospect, selling special waste, solid waste and recycling services to large manufacturing clients. You will build and nurture long-term relationships, present solutions, manage renewals, and drive total waste stream management opportunities with a performance-driven mindset.

The role requires strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, plus the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years of prior sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year managing, selling to and retaining large, complex customer accounts.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new manufacturing customers to meet revenue goals in special waste services.
• Deliver sales presentations to grow existing accounts and renew contracts with cost-efficient pricing.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing action plans in support of goals.
• Use CRM daily to document activities and build profiles for prospective customers.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and proactively manage the customer base.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors and clients in the designated market.
• Conduct proactive retention calls and respond to pricing initiatives.
• Ensure knowledge of services, pricing structures, and opportunities to grow revenue.
