Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Manufacturing and Environmental Services Executive to identify and win large manufacturing deals across local markets. The role focuses on growing waste, recycling and total waste stream management services through proactive prospecting, strategic presentations and strong client relationships.

The candidate will manage high‑value accounts, navigate environmental regulations, and collaborate with the Director of Manufacturing and Environmental Services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 4 years of prior sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year managing, selling to and retaining large, complex customer accounts.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identifies viable leads and acquires new profitable manufacturing customers.
• Delivers sales presentations and ensures timely contract renewals with pricing.
• Develops and implements sales and marketing plans aligned to company goals.
• Maintains CRM data and robust customer profiles.
• Builds long-term relationships with clients and contractors in the market.
• Performs customer retention calls and supports pricing initiatives.
