Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Wargaming Subject Matter Expert to support USSTRATCOM/J57 under SWARDS. You will lead strategic wargame design, development, execution, and adjudication, and provide scenario-based deterrence analysis for national-security plans.

The role requires SME-level knowledge, strong reporting, and collaboration with US government partners. This is contingent-on-award and on-site at Offutt AFB, NE.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in professional wargaming, planning, or analysis within national security.
• Master's degree in political science or security-related field.
• SME-level knowledge of wargame design and post-game analysis.
• Understanding of multi-domain, joint, interagency scenarios for deterrence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, execution, and adjudication of strategic wargames.
• Provide scenario-based deterrence analysis to support plans and decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and produce high-quality analytic reports.
