Job summary

SABG is seeking a Wargaming Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support USSTRATCOM/J57 strategic wargaming, deterrence analysis, and multi-domain scenario development at Offutt AFB, NE. This full-time role requires top-level wargaming expertise and the ability to deliver publication-ready analytic reports and visualizations.

The candidate will craft scenario-based deterrence analyses, develop tools for display of results, and support senior leader briefings with DoW-formatted outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in professional military wargaming or related work.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in STEM, history, political science, or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of wargame design, development, execution, adjudication, and analysis.
• Experience supporting scenario development for wargames, including multi-domain and joint scenarios.
• Demonstrated knowledge of deterrence concepts and deterrence impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in war game development and execution, including scenario development and lessons learned tracking.
• Author professional war game reports documenting analysis and outcomes.
• Provide scenario-based deterrence analysis to war gaming activities.
• Develop visualizations and decision-support products for wargame execution and senior leader briefings.
• Represent interagency perspectives during wargame play.
