Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Strategic Issues Specialist to support USSTRATCOM/SWARDS with advisory and analytic services on deterrence planning, wargaming, and allied engagement. This contingent-on-award role requires TS clearance and extensive national-security experience.

The specialist will coordinate complex analytic efforts, translate findings for senior leaders, and produce publication-ready reports and briefings in a fast-paced, classified environment.

Qualifications

Requires 12+ years in U.S. defense policy, deterrence, wargaming, or related strategic analysis.
Master's degree or higher in a national-security field.
Deep knowledge of deterrence theory and historical deterrence strategies.
Senior-level wargaming experience: design, development, execution, adjudication, and post-game analysis.

Responsibilities

Support deterrence mission analysis and campaigns across deterrence periods.
Develop courses of action to measure deterrent impact of U.S. actions.
Support multi-domain, multi-agency deterrence scenarios and crisis decision-making.
Contribute to professional military wargaming at strategic and operational levels.
Synthesize analysis into actionable senior-leader briefings and reports.
