Job summary

Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Wargaming Subject Matter Expert to support USSTRATCOM/J57 under SWARDS. The role leads design, development, execution and adjudication of strategic wargames and provides scenario-based deterrence analysis for contingency plans.

This is a contingent-on-award role with TS clearance required and eligibility for SCI/NC2/SAP. You will craft reports, guide visualizations, and synthesize lessons learned for senior leaders and allies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in professional wargaming or strategic analysis.
• Master's degree in a related national security field.
• SME-level knowledge of wargame design and post‑game analysis.
• Experience with multi-domain, joint, interagency scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Assist in war game development, execution, and lessons learned tracking.
• Author professional war game reports documenting findings.
• Provide scenario-based deterrence analysis for OPLAN/CONPLAN tests.
• Develop tools to visualize scenarios for senior leaders.
