Job summary

Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. seeks a Wargaming Subject Matter Expert to support USSTRATCOM/J57 under SWARDS. This contingent role provides A&A services to enhance wargaming, modeling, and deterrence analysis.

Candidate will develop scenarios, dashboards, and reports for senior leaders. Requires 7+ years in professional wargaming, a STEM/history/political science degree, and TS clearance with SCI/NC2/SAP eligibility.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in professional military wargaming or related work.
Bachelor's degree in STEM, history, political science, or related field.
Experience with wargame design, development, execution, adjudication, and analysis.
Experience developing scenarios for multi-domain and joint wargames.
Knowledge of deterrence concepts and Deterrence Impact Analysis.
Ability to represent interagency or national-level perspectives in wargame play.
Experience with OPLAN/CONPLAN integration and allied burden-sharing analysis.
Ability to develop visualizations and decision-support products for wargame execution.

Responsibilities

Assist in war game development and execution, including scenario development and lessons learned tracking.
Author professional war game reports documenting analysis and outcomes.
Provide scenario-based deterrence analysis for wargaming against USSTRATCOM plans.
Provide deterrence assessments for OPLAN/CONPLAN integration with other actions.
Conduct Deterrence Impact Analysis in experimentation.
Develop tools and visualizations for scenario displays and modeling outputs.
Provide wargame expertise reflecting U.S. government decision-making perspectives.
