Job summary

You will bridge procurement, logistics, and customer service to deliver on-time shipments. You will oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and cycle counts, drive KPI performance, mentor staff, and implement WMS/ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) to generate insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven to ten years of relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Lead cycle counts and physical audits to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff; set KPIs and develop safety culture.
• Utilize WMS/ERP systems to track goods and generate reports for management.
• Ensure OSHA and local regulatory compliance; manage equipment maintenance.
