Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and teams at our Richardson, TX facility. The role requires 4–6 years of warehouse supervision experience, covering receiving, shipping, and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.

You will manage a team of material handlers, enforce safety protocols, and ensure accurate data in WMS and ERP/MRP systems while driving timely material flow to production lines and maintaining audit-ready inventory.

Qualifications

4–6 years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-tech assembly.

Responsibilities

Direct daily operations across warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of material handlers and clerks while enforcing safety protocols.
Oversee daily cycle count program and resolve inventory discrepancies with Inventory Analyst.
Ensure timely material flow from storage to production lines for complex assemblies.
Maintain accurate movements in WMS and ERP/MRP systems.
Conduct regular audits of inventory locations and labeling to ensure quality compliance.
Supervise inbound/outbound logistics and verify packing slips, BOLs, and shipping documents.
