Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and teams within our Dallas–Fort Worth area manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of warehouse supervision experience, with proven skills in material flow, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.

You will oversee cycle counts, ensure accurate movements in the WMS/ERP systems, and coach staff to uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or high-tech assembly environments; handling large volumes of varied electronic components is highly desired.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong practical experience with WMS and basic proficiency with ERP/MRP inventory modules; knowledge of barcoding and scanning technology.
• Solid understanding of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation procedures, and safe operation of material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Proven ability to effectively manage, motivate, and train operational staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations across receiving, distribution, traffic, finished goods picking, shipping, and inventory control.
• Leads, trains, and mentors a team of material handlers and clerks; enforces safety protocols.
• Oversees daily cycle count program; works with Inventory Analyst to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinates material flow from storage to production lines, including complex assemblies.
• Ensures all material movements are recorded in WMS and ERP/MRP systems.
• Maintains warehouse organization and conducts regular audits for quality compliance.
• Monitors inbound/outbound logistics and verifies documentation for compliance.
