Celestica Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and a team within our Dallas–Fort Worth area facility. The role emphasizes material flow, receiving, shipping, and inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in warehouse supervision, strong WMS/ERP skills, and a proven ability to train staff while upholding safety protocols. Occasional weekends or evenings may be required to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

4–6 years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics ops with 2+ years in supervision.
Experience in manufacturing/distribution/high-tech assembly; handling large volumes of electronic components.
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Strong experience with WMS and ERP/MRP inventory modules; familiarity with barcoding and scanning.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train operational staff in fast-paced environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory, and cycle counts.
Direct and train a team of material handlers and clerks; enforce safety protocols.
Coordinate material flow from storage to production lines and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure accuracy of movements in WMS and ERP/MRP systems; maintain compliance.
Conduct regular audits of inventory locations, labeling, and handling practices.
Monitor inbound/outbound logistics processes and documentation for regulatory compliance.
Support production schedules and critical shipping/receiving deadlines.
