Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Logistics & Warehouse to lead end-to-end 3PL governance, warehouse operations, and cost controls across the network. You will partner with 3PL vendors, drive SLAs, manage budgets, and ensure accurate inventory through daily oversight.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership with Customer Service, Transportation, Quality, and Demand Planning, plus continuous improvement using Lean methods to optimize performance and service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, distribution, or warehousing operations.
• 3+ years direct experience managing external 3PL vendors or multi-site logistics operations.
• Proven project management experience in warehouse transitions, system integrations, or volume planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily governance with 3PL site leadership to review performance and labor alignment.
• Monitor dashboards for dock-to-stock, cut-off, pick/pack, and on-time pickup; investigate variances.
• Review and sign off on 3PL charges, labor logs, and fees against contracted rates.
• Oversee inventory cycle counts and adjust discrepancies per policy.
• Serve as escalation point for cross-functional teams on delays, damages, or holds.
• Perform daily SOP compliance audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
