Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain, distribution, or warehousing operations.
• At least 3 years of experience directly managing external 3PL vendors, contractors, or multi-site logistics operations.
• Proven experience leading supply chain projects, such as warehouse transitions, system integrations, seasonal volume planning, or new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Daily governance & communication with 3PL site leadership to review performance and allocate labor.
• Monitor dashboards tracking dock-to-stock, order cut-off, pick/pack accuracy, and carrier on-time pickup; investigate variances.
• Review and sign off on daily/weekly 3PL pass-through charges, labor logs, and accessorial fees for accurate billing.
• Review daily cycle count reports and authorize inventory adjustments per policy.
• Serve as primary escalation point for cross-functional teams on delayed orders, damaged freight, or inventory holds.
• Perform daily spot-checks to ensure SOPs, safety standards, and handling requirements are followed.
