Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Logistics & Warehouse to oversee 3PL relationships, warehousing and distribution operations. You will drive SLA adherence, budgeting, vendor performance, and inventory accuracy across assigned networks, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.

The role requires strong analytics, project leadership, and the ability to implement process improvements in a complex logistics environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
3+ years directly managing external 3PL vendors, contractors, or multi-site logistics.
Proven experience leading supply chain projects such as transitions, system integrations, or volume planning.

Responsibilities

Daily governance calls with 3PL site leaders to review performance and labor forecasts.
Monitor dashboards for dock-to-stock, cut-off compliance, pick/pack accuracy, on-time pickup.
Review and sign off on 3PL charges, labor logs, and accessorial fees.
Review cycle counts, resolve inventory discrepancies between 3PL WMS and ERP.
Serve as escalation point for cross-functional teams on delays, damaged freight, or holds.
Conduct SOP audits and drive continuous improvement with CAPA actions.
