Responsibilities

• Conduct daily governance calls with 3PL leadership.
• Monitor KPIs like dock-to-stock, cut-off, pick/pack accuracy.
• Review 3PL pass-through charges and ensure accurate billing.
• Review daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Escalate issues to cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Lead continuous improvement and SOP adherence.
