Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to lead daily receiving and shipping operations at our Fort Worth facility. The role requires 4–6 years in warehouse supervision, with proven ability to manage material transactions, customs documentation, and inventory integrity.

The successful candidate will oversee staff, coordinate shifts, ensure accurate data in WMS/ERP, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in warehouse or logistics operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics center handling high‑value electronics.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP/MRP transaction processing.
• Familiarity with dock operations and import/export documentation (Incoterms, HTS).
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, shipping, and inventory control activities.
• Direct shift scheduling, workload distribution, and resource planning.
• Ensure accurate system recording and put-away of inbound materials.
• Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with trade laws.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve transaction errors in ERP/WMS.
• Promote safety and enforce company policies across the team.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive Lean improvements to boost throughput.
